Our terms of business are in accordance with the British Marine Federation (BMF) Terms of Business. Currently 12th edition.
With 1 amendment for section 6b: for Jetski/ PWC, due to nature of these craft (racing/ high performance engines and level of abuse) we guarantee our work for a period of 3 months from completion against all defects which are due to poor workmanship or defective materials supplied by us. We shall be liable under this guarantee only for defects appearing during this 3 month period which must be promptly notified to us in writing.
Under any case liability is limited to total charged price of each job, no consequential liability is accepted.
